Do you know what issue it will be in?

The pictures got submitted fairly quickly and the last time I spoke with the photographer he was thinking maybe around April. We shall see. I have a copy of all the pictures and man oh man are they AWESOME!!

I have a show on Valentines weekend here in Kansas City. Me and my girlfriend of a couple years split today so I imagine I will have plenty of free time to tinkering in the garage. To start that off I will be kicking off my wire tuck tomorrow.

I have picked up a few things to get started. 50 ft of 14,16,18, and 20 gauge... Some 14 gauge butt connectors and plenty of shrink wrap.

I will still need to order a few COP and injector connectors as I have some with broken clips. I looked on Rock Auto and a few other places. 17$ a piece is a little expensive but I only need a couple.

First off, sorry about the split with the chick. There are a couple threads here with connectors for sale. search for those and if you cant find them, I may have a few I could dig up.

My progress hasn't really made it that far. I'm getting down to the wire on this literally lol... Move in date for world of wheels is Feb 12 lol...I have been out of town for work quite a bit but did get the car on stands... oil changed, front rotors and pads changed. Front bumper and hood is off. I have also taken the battery out as well... Just got home from a work trip to St. Louis so I will have most of the weekend to work on it :)

I have been wanting to try a 325/50/15 for quite some time just out of pure curiosity I guess. A local guy I know posted on facebook he had a 50 mile set of M&H Radial for sale $200 I go to get them in the morning.

As some of you may know I am also in the process of building a 4r70W. I have been waiting on my valve body to come in for what seems like forever now. It is scheduled to be here on Tuesday... Man I am really excited about going auto...

A couple pics....

Made a little progress on the disassembly phase of this wire tuck...
Battery/tray out, fender off, ECM/bracket out, fuse box/bracket out, WOT Box removed, windshield reservoir removed, factory loom removed.

I wish I would have done this years ago as I can visualize how awesome its going to be... Here are a few pictures from tonight. I only worked about 3 hours so didn't get too crazy with it..

Damn, making me want to do this! You and RJ are killing me. I can't wait to see the finished product.

So where are you going to put the fuse box. I assume you are mounting the PCM in the usual place inside the fender?

Every time I see someone do it reminds me of how much I don't want to ever do it lol
Fuse box will go under the dash... Jeremy it really isn't that bad... once I got all the loom off it was way less intimidating.

Managed to get a little bit further tonight.... Here are a few pics of the progress...Intake is off, Driver side harness completely stripped down, harness above brake booster relocate to under... Passenger side harness completely broke down. Injectors lengthened and got one coil pack done before I ran out of solder. This is where I stopped for the night as fumes and E85 smell was really starting to get to me lol.

Water bottle with a notch cut in it makes catching fuel a breeze when cracking open the lines...

Did some general maintenance while I was in there... Pulled the cam covers just to inspect things... Everything looked normal...

Intake Manifold off... Can you tell which cam cover I already cleaned in this picture lol... By the way E85 makes a great solvent to degrease things... Too bad it smells so god awful...

More untangling and sorting...

I am using a 2 phase wire so doing 2 wires at a time is breeze....
Wires soldered and heat shrinked.

This is where the bumper attaches to the support... Held the iron perfectly lol...

Yours truly

You might wanta pick up a new coolant hose and make shield behind that turbo while you are in there.

Looking good!

Yeah I need to do something...cosmetically it looks like shit but it's functional that's s piece of mangled hushmat on there...the pipe extends well into hose so no melt through.

I think I saw a car that JPC did one time that had that pipe welded all the way up to the crossover tube with a small coupling there.

Taking a little dinner break... Got all the injectors and coil packs extended... not sure how far im going to have to extend the cam/crank sensor and the starter wire so I will wait until I run everything through the manifold... started on the head light harness...
