DDM HID stopped working

Funny thing, my buddy's ddm hid's quit yesterday. Cluster still lights up, and parking lights still work. Seriously doubt the bulbs blew simultaneously lol. Betting the ballast died. He used a flashlight the last 10 miles home

harness stil works? I would think fuse or harness, but if you sayyou tested the harness then maybe not. I had one of the pins in the big black harness relas brick think break off. Didnt test to see if I was getting power through the harness. the harness kit replaced that brick with a different one.. also, the first thing i tried wa the ballast, but turned out i had two, still tested the new one and no go. Did he hit a bump when he saw the original set of problems?

Not sure. He just asked me about it. As he was borrowing our buddies car. He said all the fuses were fine, but at that moment didn't have a way to check the harness.

55w. Not sure which harness they bundle these day, but I would spend the extra $10 and get the harness they sell on their site
