I got up bright and early with a hangover and headed to the track for what might of been the best racing weather you could ask for.

750 foot elevation, 54F, 52% humidity, 30.14 In Hg = DA 443 feet

RT .5720
60' 1.6689
330 4.9348
594 7.1009
1/8 7.5739 @ 95.14
1000 9.8201
1/4 11.69 @ 122.66

My previous best 2 weeks ago was 11.98 @ 117 with a DA of 1200 feet. I made no other changes since then, except for carrying a 1/4 tank less fuel.

I also ran 11.71 and two 11.72. I just kept knocking off the same slips, except for 2 runs where I missed 2nd (I had 10 runs in total).

The engine/drivetrain is stock with 3.55 gears, 3.375" pulley, running the canned whipple tune on 94 octane pump gas.

Tires are 275/40/17 ET street radial and 15" racestar skinnies up front. Car weighed about 3700 with driver.

I am a very happy camper tonight.

Good job. I can only hope to make it out to the track one more time this season. Shitty weather.

I think the trap speed is partially the result of a little help from mother nature. In the picture of my car, look at the wind sock at the adjacent airport.
I ran an 11.71 earlier in the day with a mph of 119.

...Nice times, congrats on the pb. Great conditions too. I live at sea level yet our DA is always closer to 2000ft.
