1. Like I stated in the PM that you sent me Josh. The information I stated is as true as I know. This is the side of the story that I was told by our employee's here. Like I stated also, there are 3 sides to every story. Side 1, Side 2 and the TRUTH.
We need to find out which parts are true and which parts are exaggerated falses. I'm not saying that you're lying... I'm stating that you're upset and could be exaggerating...as also, Steve may not be lying, but he could be in defense mode from being attacked and covering his ass. I will get to the bottom of this, but you do need to give me some time. Coming on here and bluntly stating that I'm a liar, isn't helping your case.

2. EVERYONE - Instead of jumping and accusing me of having a "lurker" user name. Have a moderator or admin run an I.P. search on that name. I guaranty that it's not me nor does that person have any affiliation with BBR.

3. As for my job at the fire dept. Yes, we have some down time. Yes, I could be on here playing on the internet attempting to fix an issue. BUT, our internet access is limited to only have access to our city e-mail and training websites. The internet at our dept can't be used for personal sites and especially group forums. It's actually BLOCKED. So that's a no go for me. Sorry.


I understand that we've lost a customer base. I understand that some people hate us. I understand that false influence is triggering more bad blood towards us. But I'll make this point again, it does seem to be the same 5-6 people that follow us around like little lost puppies. But I'll say to you this, we are human and do make mistakes.
