Do all the aftermarket intake distribute meth about the same? I know the stocker does a bad job.

Bad job? I have been spraying meth on a non-cooled Vortech FOR 1 1/2 years now. I spray it just after the blower on the Vortech elbow before the throttle body..No problems so far..

Thanks for info. I saw the thread below in first post and made me wonder about it. I plan on getting v2 soon and running it with a AIS kit with one small nozzle before the head unit and one larger one after. I am still wondering if it be worth it to buy an intake too for piece of mind. Plus I hate how the stock one looks. (I DO NOT WANT A INTERCOOLER OR AFTERCOOLER YET)

If you use methanol for its intended purpose as a safeguard and not as a tuning tool than the inherent uneven flow issues inherent in most stock intakes do not make it a catastrophic failure issue. But yes if you do push the engine to its bitter edge and rely on a measured and even amount of methanol reaching the cylinders than there have been failures associated with methanol injection, even those with a safeguard built in.

Agreed^^More power comes from more timing, not from the meth itself. It is a safeguard like noted above, and lowers the IAT temps in order to run it with more timing.. I just installed the "safe" injection module and a flow gauge. If the meth stops flowing for any reason, the safe injection will save me, hopefully. Nothing is guaranteed, but at 12 lbs. of boost now, with no intercooler, I am gambling a little bit. Just make sure you have a pro tuner tune your car..
