Drag radial psi for daily driving?

285/40/18 nitto 555r on 9.5" wide wheel, just wondering what psi I should be running on the street? Not looking for max traction, more concerned wtih cornering and wear.

Run mine at 20psi all the time. It's only money. :roflmao:

I've heard that if you run them at the same pressures you would a normal street tire you end up with uneven wear. Higher rate down the center and less on the outside. Not sure how much truth there is to that or not.

Thank you. Going to try 30 psi.

Drive and then adjust if needed as needed to make your contact patch full. Many years ago I ran BFG 275/50DR15's on 15x8 Draglites on an old Foxbody I had. I settled in at 28psi after testing a little less and a little more than that.
