I noticed that i was hearing a rubbing sound, and my brakes were acting really wierd. So, i thought my brake pads were done, the car had about 27XXX miles on it. So i figured it was time for brakes. When i looked at my brakes i noticed that my driver side rear rotor was half chewed up, and its the only one which was messed up. I bought new brakes and decided to change it myself. So, when i went to put the new brakes in, the caliper kinda fell into two pieces. I put it back together best i could, but now it seems my emergency brake is way to easy to pull up, and i can feel alot of strain on my front brakes when i go to stop. Do you think that since this rotor was half chewed and the caliper fell into two pieces, and now my emergency brake doesnt seem to be engaging, that this is something that should be covered by the warranty? or is there soemthing that i could do myself
