driver side valve cover missing sometinhg...

hmm, interesting. my breather just arrived, so now I need to seal the inlet on the manifold? except im running a FAP kit with a FRPP manifold and didnt see where that other end was, the entire little tube that should be there is missing and I have no idea where it was...

Its missing because its not needed and the kit deleted it. Install the breather and your good to go.

When your car starts burning oil say at 40k then you might wonder where the ring flutter came from remember you ran breathers.

Not going to get into a debate. There are pros and cons for going either way. Yes engine vacuum helps ring seal but only at idle and light throttle. I've been running breathers for over 30 years and hundreds of thousands of miles. Never had an issue.

Breathers work fine for me too.
The only REAL downside is the stank they give off sometimes when caught in traffic.

Other then that, I'll take the utter absence of oil in my intake track over some highly theoretical risk of my rings wearing out.
