if you read the article, it explains that they are using it for testing. it is the new all aluminum 5.4 that they are using. it dropped 300 pounds off the front of the car. this is what will be in the new cobra jet with the new car. its also the block for the 2011 gt500!

excuse me but there is NO way that they can drop 300 lbs from an Iron block to Aluminum block.

100 lbs and call it a day.

well.. ford racing claimed 300 pound drop off the front from the old cobra jet. that is the block, and the lightweight brakes. figure the brakes to be not too much of that.

i agree. not only that, it's more than just the mustang. the new taurus is awesome. the new f-150 and flex will have the ecoboost v6. the ecoboost i-4 is on its way.

just the other day, i saw a raptor outside of work. it is awesome.
