So just curious as to where you got 700hp from?

Tune
123mm intake tube.

You'd be surprised how much power you can pick-up with an "aggressive" tune that adds a couple more degrees of timing.

Didnt see that. I just thought it was a standard FRPP kit, not the EVO kit with the throttle body, tune, and 123mm intake. Good Luck on the dyno to the OP

+1

I seen the timing numbers on the 7psi 525hp Roush/TVS tune and its no wonder they give a warranty with it (similar for the 525 whipple tune I'm sure).

Thanks dude...your vids are simply awesome and Im basing my car off of yours kinda...I have a 6MT which is the big difference.

Ya gotta love these kits/whipples. I sat in the passenger set of my car tonight, first time ever. Let my buddy drive that has a 700+ rhwp car drive it, wow is all I can say. These things pull so hard!!!!!!!

Car is going on the dyno tonight.

I will not have the L&M Throttle Body installed nor the SW LT Headers and X Pipe. Im gonna add them next week to see the gains of each.

So tonight is with the Agressive tune, Whipple, 123mm JLT CAI and Magnaflow 3" Competition Cat Back.

Video of baseline dyno session @ only 12° of timing.

The car does not have the L&M Throttle Body or Stainless Works 1 7/8" longtubes and 3'' X Pipe installed.

Right outta the box Evolution Tune which Fred will be sending another tune with increased timing.

Gotta tell ya, this tune driveability wise is dead nuts on. Perfect street manners.

This session ended at 538rwhp and 451rwtq.

All said and done we will be at or close to 600rwhp.

12* of timing ?

I'd say you have 50+rwhp sitting there in some timing alone.

Yep. Fred called me Friday night and we went over the next steps. The tunes are sent conservative due to the many variables of an average guy doing the install in his garage if you know what Im saying.

So I guess they send you a conservative tune, have you make some pulls to verify safe A/F ratio's then start sending you more aggressive timing curves via email ? Seems like a safe way to do "mail order" tunes I guess. Sounds awesome too !!!! gotta love the Whipple scream

Thats pretty much the way it was explained to me.

The in car sound of the Whipple is amazing, whats even more fun is the look you get from someone that has no idea what the hell it is lol...

That is good #'s for 12* of timming. How much boost were you seeing on the dyno.
Nothing wrong with a conservative tune to see where you are and then get it dialed in in the next tune.
