what tire set up are you running on your true daily driver? not track car that you occasionally take on the street.
thanks!
thanks!
The issue with wide front tires is tramlining, or the tendency for the steering wheel to move around as the tires follow the grooves in the road. The severity of it will be determined by the quality of your local roads. I am able to put up with it, but it does reduce the amount of fun you can have as you have to slow down.
yeah thats exactly what i was looking for and i appreciate it. is there a sort of average of the tire size the tramlining starts to really pick up? my local roads aren't really too bad, most of nova is pretty well maintained but i go to school at james madison in harrisonburg and any roads outside of the campus are pretty rough.
also, any insight as to tires any of you prefer? I've been reading on tire rack for something that won't break bank but also something that won't pop in a few thousand miles. i know thats gonna be an odd middle ground to look for but I'm open to anything y'all have to say
