Does anyone know if you can reverse the flow in a KB intercooler?
Doesn't matter.

I am also considering using 2 Bosch pumps, and I'm not sure if it is best to have them close together, or if they should be located on opposite sides of the "loop" See diagrams below.
If it were me I would run one before the IC and one before the HE. That is just a "looks about right" guess though. No real science involved.

Good to hear. That's my plan, then. Reroute and shield the lines, install VMP reservoir, then add a 2nd Bosch pump in the near future.

Sooooo . hate to dig up an old thread , And there was a shitload of info to be learned here but i still confused .... I'm trying to plumb in a Davies Craig EWP115. I'm gonna be installing the DOB intake on my 4.6 and will be using the Roush 3/4 gallon degas tank and a stock 2011 H/E. ....Here's my idea ...

Run the outfeed of the intercooler along the passenger side into the lower fitting of my heat exchanger .

Upper fitting will run torward the passenger side , head up and over to the degass bottle .
Run the hose from the bottom of the degas tank into the Pump inlet. Pump will be mounted somewhere behind the bumper in front of the driver side wheel.

Exit the pump and run the hose along the driver side , back into the the inter cooler.

So will this set be efficient ? If not what can i change to make it the best it can be with what i have to work with .... Thanks
