I have also ran bias ply and dr's. Dr's do good but not enough give for a stock car. My car barely cuts 1.75 to 1.80 60ft's on dr's but the bias tires I've cut a 1.62 before with a stock 3rd kink before. After I sell my dark stars I'm buying a whole new setup consisting of hooisers 26' tall on 15x10's and skinnys.
And your trap is a bit low. On street tires I trap near 84 without cams and right at 86 on dr's

k cool just getting a survey of 1.6x launches lol
I'm at 1.69 with a 4900 rpm dump, so I'm thinking 5250-5500 if it doesn't spin should get me in the low 1.6's.

I run MT et streets with radials with zero problems for many years. I prefer the et streets to the straight slick because my local track has various street tire classes. I launch at 5500 and am pretty consistant with 1.63 short times N/A and 1.55ish on the sauce
