FML: What do I need to replace? Hit Curb -.-

First three are the side that I hit. I hit the curb at around a 20 degree angle, going 10-12mph.

Forums are fast today. Im going to get the car looked at, but thats all that seems to be wrong. Tie rod/alignment?

I wouldnt try to fix or replace stuff yourself here. Take it in and have ford look at it.

inner and outer tie rod. then take it to the alignment shop and they'll be able to tell you if the lower control arm is bent (not likely). just had an H2 here at the shop that did the same and he even had to replace the wheel bearing

Looks like a new steering rack is gonna be needed.

Already replaced it with the T1000. Hopefully it can melt ice. I was going to take it to a performance shop that specializes in mustangs, preferably keeping dealerships eyes off this. Definitely not going to use the stock parts. Btw, FML = fuck my life

Good call, on the fml lol. Yeah there is usually always unforseen damage with these kinds of incidents. In my old mustang I spun out in the rain and hit a curb at about the same speed. And I bent the rim, damaged the wheel bearing, bent spindle, control arm, ball joint busted, warped rotor, list goes on and on. Might be a pricey accident....

Alright. I limped it about 30 yards then had it towed to a different spot. Made no sounds or anything, and with the windows rolled down at the time of accident heard no sound at all except me jumping the curb. The only thing is the car pulls to the left now.

If you look at the picture of the tie rod. the piece that is like a threaded arm into the steering rack is the Inner. the piece that is connected to the spindle is the outer

Better to have a shop or someone who has suspension experience look at it. If it bent the inner tie rods that bad, it might have damage to the control arms that throws caster off, as well as possible wheel bearing damage. (for starters)
