hey guys,

on the verge of getting a silver 07 5sp every option 38k miles. i was shopping for a terminator but after looking and not finding what i liked, and dealing with the banks finiky rates on them....i decided to look newer. the s197 seems to be a great base for tuning and power.

but you guys already know that....

so im thinking this...

sct tune 91 oct, then retune at a local tuner

hoping to make atleast 330/340 and go high 12's, maybe mid 12 on a DR.


id appreciate any idea's tips tricks and advice on mods.

SLP loud mouth, not flows..
4.10's
and look into a mild cam in order to reach your HP ratings..
also, LCA will help your 60' times...

gotcha. why not 4.30's? and why not flows?

4.30's are a bit steep imho. the 4.10s give u the best ration, esp if its a DD..
personally, i think the loudmouths sound better than flows.
look on youtube for videos...

Nice list of stuff so far. Welcome to the club!

I ran 4.30's last season with my old combo with a 26" tire. If it's a weekend toy I say go for it, but dailey the 4.10's might be better for you like Siletscope said. It's tough to get up to 330hp with out cams. I got up to 326 at the wheels Sae with the stock heads and cams but my bolt on list is intense.

yea its not a SGT. got a little to excited for a min. i really trust my boss with this kinda stuff. he looks really hard at cars and only buys clean stuff. and if it gets here and its trashed i can send it back to manhiem which is nice.
