Ford Racing Adjustable Suspension Recomendations

Any recomendation on pads and fluids, again very knowledgeable about engines not so much on other parts.

Carbotechs get a lot of love, including love from me. You can switch between track and street compounds without changing rotors, which is very cool, because then you don't have to unbolt your calipers.

Fluid- if you're autocrossing, look for ATE Typ 200, you can't get the blue stuff anymore though. If you're doing track stuff, do Motul RBF600. IMO it has the best price/performance ratio out there.

Carbotechs here as well. So far, ATE 200 seems to be good enough for intermediate-level track sessions, though I only have a 4.6L with about 315 HP to play with.
