Yeah my buddy has the thumpr cam and it sounds good. But I can get the FRPP Hot Rod cam and 4.10 gears installed for a good price. So that's why I am looking for someone near me so I can hear what it sounds like in person besides youtube videos.

Here is my buddy's stang

They sound good. Won't be dissappointed if you go that route. I'm gonna get some comp cams though. 127500 with ported heads.

Cams....schmams....over rated lopy sound........lol

A good install price is a nice thing but more importantly is a quality install. A shit install can fubar your motor. Keep that in mind.

I am having Pickip plus in Lewis center going to do the work. They said FRPP hot rod cam, FRPP 4.10 gears, install and dyno tune will run $2,500.... Do you have the hot rod cam?

And when I said cheap I ment to say was cheaper than the the install for the thumpr cam

No I do not. Brady has done a bunch of work for a friend of mine that has a blown silverado SS and Blown H2, he's a good guy and stands behind his work.

That price is parts included right?

Yes I am buying all my part through them.. They talked me into buying them through them since they will beable to warrenty the work and parts and not just the work if I bring in my own parts

Is this the going rate?I've never paid anybody to work on my car with the exception of dyno tuning. But that seems a bit high to me.If my math is correct I count $1000 worth of parts. That leaves $1500 for tuning and labor install.Just does'nt add up to me.

Yes this is the going rate since they will be ordering parts through Lethal performance. The parts will cost $1,152.85 and the rest will be for install and dyno tune. And brady with Pickup Plus has a very good rep for install and dyno tunes. I have called arouns and there is no other place that can do everything under one roof. Yes I can go some where and have the parts installed and get a mail order tune. But I really don't want to go that route

I have had a dyno tune when I installed by JLT CAI since and got a bad email tune. The only thing I can remember is that I have 299 rwhp and 290 max torque. I was going to go out the Brenspeed but the price was the same as Pickup plus if I took the parts to them. The only diff is that the gas i would be using going to Brenspeed. Pickup Plus is only a 45min drive from my house
