I have the black lung! after I received the following trouble code one day and had starting issues;

PO191Ful Rail
S CIR RNG PER ---Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Not sure if it is directly related but I thought I'd share.
There's no way that's related.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say I don't see much of an issue here with this intake "breathing"... There's been no failures (yet), and the only "rocking" I can see the injectors doing would be on the bottom o-ring, which is not pressurized by fuel, and at no risk for fire or leak.

I can see how there would be some cause for concern, but until I actually see a failure, or real problem from it, I'm not too worried about it.

It certainly could be related.

Anyone that has this manifold on their car should remove it ASAP in my opinion. The fuel rail should never move, even the slightest amount.

I'm rather shocked that this product made it to market.

I'm with you on that one, I can't see how they tested it and never saw that.

Yea especailly when it says something like tested to 2bar? I mean shit, I'd love to see what that thing would do when a turbo kicks in with 29psi.

I'm at at a training seminar in Springfield Mo. and couldn't talk much to him. I did say numerous times that my stock one didnt move at all. Im curious as to what they told the OP....... Im gonna have to follow it up further with them. I think they are reading this thread though because he knew all the following and what my car was and what it was doing. I hadnt told him what my car was....

The small amount of movement in the injectors is at the bottom, not the top. You guys are getting your panties in a bunch over nothing.

IT SHOULDNT MOVE PERIOD! I had a fuel line rupture already from this thing. It looks good. But it should not move period......And while Im on it have you seen the video from the OP? Is this acceptable to you? Would you have that on your '05? NOBODY would. I just spent 4,000.00 with FRPP, is this how they retain customers? Do you think this will be my last stang and that I will never buy and modify another??? wrong..... but i may look at other vendors next go round....

Yes I've seen the video, and YES I'd have this on my own car. I have one 10 feet from me waiting to be paid for. Like I said before, I'm not too worried about it. It moves, it doesn't move, I don't care. There's been no failures or problems from it. Until there is, I'm not a bit concerned, and neither should anyone else. You guys are freaking out like the sky is falling.

Wouldn't you agree that you are a bit biased since you work for Ford/parts? You have to agree that this would be a concern for you if it were your car and you were not working for Ford wouldn't you?

Forget that I sell Ford parts. I am sincerely not concerned about this. I am putting one of these on my own car, and am not going to lose a second of sleep over it.

There's been NO failures, there is no evidence of it causing any problems, so NO, I'm not a bit concerned, and it's going on my own car as planned.

I'm sure they all do it to a degree. But I'm on firm ground that it's not going to cause ANY problems.
