Uhh... There's a clamp and a clip for the little sunvisor puck...

Er... there are little arms on the top of the bracket that clamps to the (upper) inside of the bumper.

3" yes, no clamps because I had the entire thing welded.

Just the seal.. and some scuffing on the inside lens.
