Went to fire up Jessica to move her so I can get christmas lights up. Now she hasn't ran in a good while so I had to charge the battery. Turned the key to on and heard the fuel pump start up and then shut off. Then it started up again and shut off. And then again. Started to smell gas so I never even tried to crank it. Looked under the hood and found the fuel line leaking right where it connects to the fuel rail, or in my case the distribution block. Hose is in pretty shitty shape with some cracks and stuff. Anyways went to ford to pick up a new line and connector and they said no go. I remember a while back someone had some little prefabbed lines with the proper connectors and such to relace this bit of line. Just wondering if anyone else remembers who it might have been? What are my other courses of action? I want to keep a proper fuel connector on there. I suppose I could just get some fuel line and clamp it in place. Can I just get some dorman replacement or should I be looking elswhere?

I had a similar issue on one of mine. After turning up blanks for a direct replacement I Just got some highh pressure fuel line that fixed it fine.

RHP 205 & 235 Series e85 Compatible Hose
The RHP 205 Series hose is our top-of-the-line double-braided stainless steel hose, and the 235 Series is our black nylon braided hose with a half-layer of high-quality braided stainless steel wire hidden beneath the nylon outside. Both hoses feature a unique dual-layer inner tube with layers of epichlorohydrin (ECO) and fluoroelastomer (FKM) for unrivaled fuel compatibility. They will keep pace with your racing whether you are using E85, methanol, alcohol, or regular fuel from the pump. These hoses are not designed for use on high-pressure power steering lines and should not be used for high-pressure hydraulic applications.

Did you just clamp it to the fuel rail or did you use a fuel line connector on the line? I'm worried because under boost my fuel pressure gets up above 55 psi. I have some ear clamps but just wondered about the pressure being an issue or not.

I remember replacing that part and the bottom connection can be a real PITA to access. Be prepared.
