Gauge Color after PCM disconnect

Hello,

After disconnecting the PCM and turning the key to the run position, the gauge cluster glows bright red.
I will be replacing the PCM with a Holley unit.

Fuel gauge seems to work and all other window, fan, etc seem to be functional.

Is there a way to turn off this red/warning color ?

I attached photos with and without PCM connected
