I have the car back....trnasmission, clutch, flywheel, and driveshaft were replaced and the car is actually mobile. I still have a rear end howl during deceleration (pinion bearing) which will be taken care of as well next week with a new rear setup.... Ditching the 3.31 and replacing it with a 3.73.

All repairs were covered under warranty.

Sucks to hear that it broke but glad it got fixed! I would call the local bbb and get a negative report on the first dealer. I know around here with Fort Hood we can get dealers black listed for bad service and stuff like that, hell the local ford dealer and the used dealer under the same company is currently black listed

Been driving the car around a bit to break in the new trans and clutch... I've put around 100-150 miles on it. Still waiting on the call back from the dealer to verify they are ready for the rear end warranty work and the gear swap...

Decided to clean her up a bit tonight with some CG: Black Light, only did one coat for the night. Will apply another coat tomorrow night.

Current Status:

1st Warranty Claim is pending and under review. (Takes up to 40 days)

Transmission
Clutch
Flywheel
Driveshaft

Once the first warranty claim is fully processed and clears. The car will return for its second warranty claim on the rear end that is currently failing.

2nd Warranty Claim:

Bad Pinion Bearing and Possible Axle, Differential issues. (*Awaiting Teardown and further inspection)

Hoping to have this issue all resolved before our local opener on May 19...but so far it's looking doubtful.

Figured since the car is still down I would take this time to do a little paint work....removed the front bumper to take out the grille outter ring. Painting it Race Red to match the car and resemble the Boss front.
