See, that's what I'd expect 'em to look like...I guess I was just thinking of stock engine and manual transmission cars, which apparently have different power profiles.
Tq of a twin screw and hp of a centri Im not going to bitch about that at all!

Its been about 1 mo since the breakin tune and it has been one thing after another going wrong 1st the rear a-arm bushing split so I replaced them and and the next weekend the procharger coolant tank split at the weld so I had that welded then the week before last the upper control arm bushing split so I called BMR and they would sell me more but wouldnt replase them for me becouse I have had them over 1 yr even though they where not used so I ordered them and they sent me the new bushings they arrived Fri. a week ago but the UCA bushing was wrong turns out that after I purchased my UCA they changed the size of the tube and bushing so I called them on that Mon following and they offered to send me a correct set UPS ground for free but I needed them overnight so the car would be ready to finnish tunning my trans at HPP that Wed even with them knowing this ground was the best the would do so I had to pay the overnight frieght to get them in time . After I insalled everything and went to HPP to work on the shift point and conv. lock up everything is shifting and working well now and let me tell ya this thing is a beast on the street and a lot of fun so now that I feel preety good about trusting the car for a trip so Sat. I made a 260 mi round trip to Dallas Drove the car normaly on the way up just logging miles problem came on the way home I went give it some gas to pass some cars and it went to 4000 rpm and studered I look at the fuel psi gauge and I only have 18 psi so I kept my foot out of it and drove home. The thing is that this happened a couple of weeks ago as well but I did not see the fuel psi gauge that time and thought is was my MSD Launch master messing up so I disconncted it and went for a drive and all was good but now I realize this was not the problem . I have also been having issues with other things like the windows and radio not coming on unless I pull the relay and reinstall it while the key is on . Is it possible that the BUSS fuse box has issues ? This is were I have to pull the reays for the elec. items to come on. They do say not to probe these connections as it will cause problems with it and I did several times before I knew this . Could the BUSS fuse box be causeing the Fuel problems as well , and if it is voltage that is couseing the fuel psi drops then can I data log this to find the answer?
Sorry for the long post but it has been a long mounth of problems.

Glad to hear its a beast. Now to kill the bugs. Are you running the wiring harness from saleen/jdm for your fuel pumps?

I believe that the jdm harness pulls power for each fpdm independantly. One uses the stock relay/fuse/wiring and the added one uses the new relay/fuse/wiring. Sounds like you could have lost power/blew a fuse on one pump. I don't like that wiring schematic and am in the process of changing mine. If my fuel pump(s) blow a fuse, I want the whole thing to die.

I agree on the single power source and I will ck fuses but I only had 18-20 psi at idle and light throttle . Seems to me if it was the power to one fpdm I would still have good pressure at idle and low throttle and only be affected at full throttle . Well now you got me curious and I will have to go to the garage. (So much for not working on the car today) LOL

Started the car today and fuel presure is fine, so I pulled the pumps to ck for mishaps but all was well. Went for a short drive and the pumps are working fine . What the hell could cause this one day its fine and one day it is not ? I will have the new SJB on Tue to hopefuly solve the other issues with the windows and radio seems there is a TSB for this problem from water getting in the car . I hope this is the problem with the fuel pumps as well remember If I pull the relays under the hood then these things work fine and the fuel pump relay and fog lamp relay (2nd for the GT 500 pump fpdm) so maybe the SJB is affecting everthing.

I think at this point I'd have bought a GT-500 and built from there but more power to you (no pun intended)

contact JDM about relocating the second power from the fog light relay, I just put there kit in with a Saleen and they had us move the wire from the fog light relay because the 2nd fuel pump wasn't working all the time. I don't remember where we moved it so get with someone over there and they can help you

Thanks I will definatly do that. Also I checked the voltage at the fpdm's and the stock one shows 14 volts at idle and the new additional one shows 17 . The new one is were I tapped in the MSD BAP and JPC told me it would drive both pumps as wired so I guess I will call them Tue as well.

Has anyone else done the JPC MSD BAP on there car?

Update

Well guys its been a busy 5 or so weeks at work but I have managed to finaly get the issues worked out . First off the elec. problems with the windows radio and the ck charging system light coming on was the Buss fuse box under the hood it had a few busted terminals one of wich was the 12 supply for the smart junction box inside the car. So with that replaced the fuel issues where the next item to tackle . While on the dyno for the breakin tune I last posted the FP DC was at 85% with the GT40 pumps and MSD BAP so when I got the car home I found out the MSD unit was indeed only powering 1 fpdm . I then called JPC and the said to just split the wire to both fpdms and after talking to a few members here this can and has been done , but I was not to iterrested in doing that so I wired up this new setup with a 8ga. supply from the 175a batt terminal in the trunk and ran that to a 75a relay that is trigered by the green and yellow wire from the JDM harness (thisand the conectors is the only JDM harness part used)that comes from the Inersa switch then 12ga wires out to the fpdms then new 12ga shielded wires to the twin GT40 pumps in the GT500 basket in the tank then 2 -6 lines out that tee to a -8 line to the engine comartment then tee to 2 -6 lines to the rails . After doing all of this the car has a .34 (34% )dc at idle and at WOT is at only .60 (60%) and the MSD units give me 18v full time and up to 22v at 30 psi. So I am very happy to say the least about the direction I selected to withon the fuel setup at this point. The car will go back again tomarrow to finish the street tune and hopefully hit my mark of 600+rwhp for the street tune at 15 psi on 93oct . Here are some pics of the new fuel setup.

Damn. I thought you said you were going up there today. MikeVistaBlue06 is supposed to get retuned at 1 and I have been giving him a hard time saying that your car was going to be on the dyno all day and they wouldn't get to him:roflmao:
