Well I'm going from the ROUSH m90 to the on3 turbo kit...I have jba lt.so i will need to be taking them of...to run this turbo set up. What are good shorty headers? Also the intercooler would there be any problems I'm running the ROUSH front facia.and would not want to hack that from bumper...is there any pics of a ROUSH front facia with intercooler? Plz post pics...also what intake mani would best suit this turbo? I don't want to have the cheap stock one...so i was thinking the ford racing? With Ford racing tb. For injectors what do you guys think bout the gt500? And gt500 fuel pumps. Which I already have. Not installed yet. Pls help me out....

The Roush Front has plenty of room for the inter-cooler as far as in intake I would go with the FRPP of JPC's new cast version, if it comes out in time. I would get a bigger inter-cooler and upgrade the BOV and W/G to Tial. The GT500 pumps will be fine. I would go with 60# injectors. If you still have your stock exhaust manifolds I would just get them Jet Hot coated. PM LightBlade he is "The Man" on the On3 kits.

- stock exhaust manifold works perfect and would last longer than any shorty, basically any shorty would work if you want to go that way.
- the FRPP intake manifold works nice.
- stock TB is more than sufficient in your config, nothing to gain on a bigger one.
- if you plan on a built shortblock go with 60s, if not, even a 39s would do as long as you install the GT500 pump setup

Like Lito said, leave the stock tb on unless you just want the bling factor. FRPP intake mani would be a good addition.
Im still rockin the ON3 wastegate and bov with no issues. Everyone else will probably tell you to change them but theres plenty of people rockin the knock offs with no issues.

the on3 kit comes with a y pipe that will connect to your factory over the axle pipes

You should just do the smart thing and buy a billet wheel 67mm turbo right off the bat. I want one right now so bad. Tial makes really good bov and wastegates. If you can find a really good deal on another brand go that route but if your are buying new stuff Tial makes quality products. I think that the gt500 injectors can be made to work with adapters, but I'm not entirely sure on that. Also, as lito said stock exhaust manifolds work just fine and thats exactly what I'm running.
