That gonna bolt right up to an M90 or would I need to do some drilling?

I think you can drill it or you can purchase the adapter plate I think from BBK

Even with adapter plate you need to drill holes to match it up to a 3V intake, can't say for sure for the M90.

OK not to be a pain in the ass but, could you measure the distance from the center of each hole please? When I get home I can go in the garage and measure mine.
