We've been working on the fox also. The wiring has been tucked and my Scott Rod panels will be shipped out any day.

Got the intercooler mocked up.

Well I finally broke down and went to my orthopedic doc about my right knee. Got the call today on the MRI results, torn Meniscus. Shit, now I'll have to have surgery but hopefully it wont be to bad. I don't know if it's the inner or outer, the nurse wouldn't say anything but that it was torn. I go back Wed and find out how bad and what happens next.

Thanks guys. It's hell to get old but it beats the alternative. With all the Arthritis I have I am in constant pain all the time, so recover from the operation shouldn't be bad.

I talked to the Doc and I have a tear in the outer meniscus on both sides of the knee. I go in for surgery next Friday. It will be Arthroscopic surgery so no big cuts anyway. Hopefully it will not take too long to recover. Doc said a few weeks, at least I get a handicapped placard to hang from the rear view mirror for Christmas shopping. :beerdrink:

Funny, I always thought they repaired the tear when they went in but he told me they just clean everything out and smooth all the edges of the tear. He said they can't really repair the actual tear just clean it all up. He said it's like taking a rock out of your shoe, cleaning everything up lessens the pain.

Well I hobbled in to the computer so I could post an update. My surgery Friday went fine but don't ever let them tell you arthroscopic surgery is a minor procedure and no big thing. It isn't major surgery but it isn't a little procedure either. I currently have a knee that's about the size of a mini keg and it hurts like hell. I think it will take me quite a while to recover from this.

Thanks guys, doing a little better today. The swelling has gone down a little and some of the pain has lessened. I can at least sit in my recliner now without it throbbing. Hopefully it will continue to get better and I will be able to get around some. I'm tired of going between my bed and my recliner. I got my old lap top working so I can at least have internet access now, as long as there aren't any graffics. Talk about a relic it's over 10 years old and "SLOW" doesn't describe it well enough. :beerdrink:
