It's feeling pretty solid honestly. I now have traction issues that weren't there before, so that's a good thing.

Hoping with the data logging I did last night that we get a little more out of it and refine things a bit, but overall I'm stoked.

Talked to him today, he said the cold start is giving him fits as there is too much fuel bing dumped on start up and it is washing down the walls and thinning out the oil as well as fouling the plugs. I am researching what brand of injectors I bought so he can load the correct injector data.

Yes. put it back together tonight. They sent a new seal along with the O-ring so thats the last place it can be. Crossing my fingers!!

Good to hear! Did you put fluid in it and did the leak stop?

Dont know yet. Im gonna let it sit and cure for a day. I added more fluid and the only way to tell will be a test drive for a few miles. If it still leaks, he will have to remove everything and install the new seal in the safety hub.

Gotcha....did you grind the spot down and use RTV as well as the O ring?

Yes. Ground the register so its flush. Found some Permatex RTVGear Oil sealant that states it resists harsh synthetic and dino gear oil. didnt know they made such a thing.
