I'm not a fan of motiva at all. They did a Hellion kit on my uncles 2006 GT and it ran like shit. Stalled every time he came to a light. They retuned it and still didn't fix the problem.

Just got an email back from him. I think he just sold me on the kit. Everything i wanted except the GT500 fuel set up, TC, and shortblock, he is adding onto the kit for less than powerhouse. I am talking THP basic kit which includes HPX MAF (which i was going to get anyways), 39# injectors (which i would of had to source with other companies tuner kits), and basic tune. Plus i would also be getting Upgraded intercooler, 67mm turbo, and TiAl 44mm wastegate for just a hair over Powerhouse tuner kit price and a much better set up than the Hellion kit. Heck i might even try the kit out first before i build the shortblock and just keep it at low boost and see what it will run.

I have a modified THP kit on my car and have to say, Jim has the best customer service record of anyone in any industry I've dealt with... and that is a lot. The kit has been nothing short of kickass, and Jim has gone out of his way to make everything work right with my setup (5.4L 3v).

As for the JetHot coating, I honestly can't say I've had anything else, but I will tell you I have absolutely no problems with heat.

Rudy, so far he is the only one i found that can do the work and let me come in on my off time and work on it as well most other places just want me to drop it off but i want to do most of the work. The only part i am a little worried about is he said he can do the forged internals but he does not have the machines to balance everything so i might be looking for a good machine/engine shop.

Oh, i saw your screen name and location, i am guessing you are from Gear Head Racing out of McAllen right? He is the mechanic for STMC, when i was in the club i met up with him and we talked about my car and he was willing to lower the price of the labor if i did some of the work too.

I bought GIJoe's THP kit a while back. I called and talked to Jim for over an hour about the kit. He answered all my questions and even went pull the invoice so he could answer some questions about the turbo. He is a great guy to deal with and if I ever get rid of this kit for something else it will probably be a Twin Kit from THP.

I do plan on making some changes to the kit when I install it though. Air filter is going behind front bumper like my KB did, down pipe will be dumped behind passenger front tire, and possibly an exhaust housing upgrade on the turbo.
