I also have k springs and love them. The rear could be a tad lower but o well. My alignment was perfect when i just spun the strut mount around 180 degrees. All they needed to do was toe adjustments.
I'm lowered 2 inches in the rear and have a set of 26inch and 28inch diameter tires for the rear I have plenty of room with both tires they don't rub and I still have small wheel gap

Thats good to hear I just got the wheels and tires today
I am hoping that the 29" tall will fit with the sportlines, but honestly
it looks like I may have issues. But I hope to find out this weekend.
Whats the measurement from the ground to the rear fender lip?
My car stock is 29 inches
I'm trying to help keep your "(I hope)" from becoming famous last words . . .
What you need to do is get under there, take some clearance measurements, and figure out what happens to them as the wheels move up into the wheel wells as the car is lowered. Don't forget that the suspension will still move some and that the axle will move laterally a little bit, too. "Barely any wheel opening in the rear" isn't nearly enough information for anybody else to give you the answer that you want to hear.
Never mind that the way the car gets driven starts getting more important as you crowd the tires closer to the sheetmetal, inner fenders, etc. IOW, what "looks OK" from the side and might (just barely) work for a really mild driver doesn't have a chance in hell of being satisfactory for those who run their cars hard. And unless you're smacking into some pretty stiff bump stops, there will probably be more suspension movement than you think.
Keep in mind that different 295/40-20 tires will actually measure up a little different, and that the ones you have now could go out of production. It might suck to fit springs that don't cause problems with your current tires, but which would cause the next set of 295/40's to rub because they were just a little bit bigger or wider/wider at the tread.
