Can you see into the cylinder or is the broken piece lodged in the hole?

If you can't see in the hole then you may be able to tap it out. If you CAN see all the way down in the hole and into the cylinder................................good luck tomorrow with the scope.

the metal on these plugs is pretty soft stuff. there is a real good chance that it melted away.

i had 7 out of 8 of my plugs melt away the straps and it ran and idled like a dream.

I'm hoping they disintergrated in the combustion chamber with no ill effects! The Procharger looks fantastic! Good luck Alex!

it didnt feel any tougher than the other spark plugs. the car didnt feel any less reponsive or like there was any power loss prior to this. i will go get a bore scope tomorrow.
The picture in my sig of me pullin wheel was taking a week before I pulled a plug and notice it completely covered in oil! So 4.6L 3V FTW with a bad plug!!! Good Luck in getting out/finding the tip! If you need some stock TTY Headbolts if worse comes to worse, I have an extra set I would sell you cheap!

thanks for all the positive wishes and insight. i have no idea how well the clamps will hold up, but most of my clamps are tbolt clamps. i have yet to even run the car since the install of the procharger, injectors, and fuel pump. today was supposed to be clean up day. spark plugs, check all bolts, finish wiring the gauges, and tune. i still dont have the front bumper on the car. i will update tomorrow.

I'm getting nervous about changing the plugs on the wife's car. Guess I better not push it much longer.

You could also try pulling off the header and blowing air into the chamber while slowly, manually rotating the crank... might come out the exhaust port.

The Procharger clamps on the TB worked fine for me up to 20 psi.

well. i purchased a bore scope, and i didnt see anything. i felt around with a feeler tool, and i didnt feel anything. i blew air into the combustion chamber with an air compressor, and i didnt hear anything. i put the new spark plug in, put on the coil pack. put the strut tower brace on, wired up the gauges, continued wiring the fuel pump (confused about one wire) and imjust doing the radiator plumbing now. i hope to fire the car up later tonight.

If your 100% positive it wasn't in there your probably good. Check to see it isn't embedded in the head or valve anywhere.

if i wes able to check the head and valves, i would most likely have the head off the car.then i wouldnt even need to have made this thread.

You can use your borescope into your intake and exhaust port. I would have just popped the head off, would have been much quicker and more thorough... but that's just me.
