Higher Mileage 2011 V6 Risk

How risky is it to buy a 2011 V6 Automatic with 139 000 Miles on it. It appears in great shape and has been owned and driven for the past 6 years and 20 000 miles by a senior lady. I'm looking for an old man's toy not a daily driver and am very new to the Mustang world. Thanks for any help you make have.
