Pretty much with every customization and was plannning a tr6060 and built internals

Then it became this for trade in , back to BONE stock and all parts sold/traded...

So I have ALOT planned but no boost . With the house n such I bought I have more important focus .... Maybe In 4 years , but until then it will look amazing , sound amazing , and be bolted up to the hilt with cams too

I have heard a few different systems on the 5.0s....None of them have sounded bad what-so-ever.

Corsa, Bassani, Magnaflow Comp, & Roush have been among my favorites.

Yeah, YouTube will give you an general idea of the sound. The one system that YouTube doesnt do justice is the Roush....its sounds amazing in person especially paired with a 3" Off-Road X

Any 3" X will work...whether its Roush, Lethals, BBRs....they all do the same thing....but yes I do recommend the Roush mufflers.

I'm runnin the Roush and they sound great. Nice tone at idle and cruising,really screams at WOT and absolutely no drone at any RPM. Go to your dealer and ask them to start up a Roush so you can hear it run. That's what I did before buying mine. I had kooks LTs and mid pipe with Mac boom tubes on the 07 and it was loud as shit but to be honest....I don't miss it a ton. The refined interior is almost sound proof like and will make the cabin noise of the Roush sound quiet but they are loud outside from what others tell me when I'm blowing by them.

My boss has a 5.0 with the Flowmaster system if you wanna hear it in person. It'll probably be at the next Cars and Coffee too.

Heya Caleb! Congrats on the new ride brother!! I know you'll love it even without boost. Every single performance mod you do on these cars results in tangible results. I've never had a car that responds to mods like this one does!


Before you buy mufflers, you might want to call me and listen to my car while I'm driving. Nick heard it through the phone and loved it. I am also going to make a video this coming Wednesday. I've got a BBR O/R X-Pipe, stock pipe back to the Flowmaster Super 44's and 4" chrome tips. My car sounds absolutely amazing with no drone from 1900-2400rpm, the 6th gear cruising RPM's. But you get on the gas and people will hear it!!!! When I got on the gas one time, my son said he could hear it while he was outside in back of our house. I was about a 1/4 mile away! But he said only while I was WOT, as soon as I let off, he couldn't hear it.

Just wait for the video. It sounds so badass.

Oh yeah, I've decided that if a deal I'm looking at for rotors doesn't work out, I'm going to get the Saleen grille. I might wrap the Saleen, but I'm sick of having these foglights in the center of my grille. I want that clean look on the front end that the Saleen grille provides.
