Hood paint thoughts?

Spray painted some custom wrap on the hood to see what it would look painted this way, but not too sure if I like it. My son and wife do but I'm on the fence. What do you guys thing?

No offense but I am not a fan of it. It looks like a giant nose is on the hood trimmed out like that with the paint.

Mach style hoods are tricky... my thoughts are to do old school Boss 351 style hood or possibly just the vents. I had this hood on an old Fox body and left it painted the same color as the car as I could not come up with a decent look. Do you have any pictures without the plastidip? I have some ideas but need a clean slate...

IMO the charcoal grey nostril looks ok - the others are not my taste

i think a wide boss style stripe would look pretty good
