How aggressive is the Bullitt Grill?

Someone I know told me that my Bullitt Grill makes my car look too plain:stfu:.

I called BS. He told me that only the fog lights make the S197 look aggressive and not like a 6 banger.

I tend to disagree.

My case in point:

I think it has a certain subtle aggressive quality.

Anyway, I was thinking about blacking out the satin trim with high gloss black, or maybe going more different and doing it with white like the rest of the car.

I have to disagree.

On your car it looks killer. I had it on my torch red GT with Shaker hood, rear window louvers, and 2010 mirrors. It did nothing for the overall look of the car. I guess if you're going with the "less is more" thing (spoiler delete, no badges, no stripes, etc...) than yeah, that'll work. But I'm going with the retro look so it tends to get lost in everything I'm doing and turned out like a Pony delete on a V6 grille.

I can see how the Bullitt Grill can clash with the overall look you are going for with your car. The reason it works for the Bullitt may not work for someone trying to go with the retro look.

I still think I want to add a little flare to my Bullitt Grill though.

Didn't you use to have the tri bar pony on there? Regardless, if the fog lights made the front end of a mustang, why do so many people get rid of them? Looks great, keep it the way it is!

I did have the Tri-bar. I just got bored with it because it seems like everyone else has it. Its nice but I wanted something different.

First I switched to a Ford Blue Oval emblem, felt it was too plain, then switched to the "281 High Performance" emblem I got online. It has kind of an old school yet modern look to it and is alot different from the norm.

I've always thought the Bullitt grille and CS front bumper was the best combination for our cars. Even though I have neither. lol..

I originally ordered the SGT grill but It was on hella back order from shelby so I changed my order to the Bullitt grill and never looked back. I'm glad I made the switch too.

I think my car looks alot more aggressive with the Bullitt grille then the OEM grille with the F150 foglamps.

I considered going the bullitt grill route, but decided not to. But your car looks very clean with the grill and 281 emblem GONE_N_60.
