How do you remove the plastic trim piece on the side of the front seats?

The one in the picture below. I bought a new cushion for my seat and need to remove this piece to replace the cushion but I can't see how it comes off.

It was a pain. I can't remember fully, but you for sure have to remove both the recline lever and the adjustable seat control thing. Then I believe there was a few screws holding it on? The recline lever comes off like an old window crank, if I remember correctly.

What's that mean? I've never owned a car with crank windows. I thought maybe it would pull straight off but it doesn't really feel like it will.

This isn't an s197 lever, but this is how it attaches (see pic). You have to push that little clip out to let the lever slide off.

Forgot pic..

Well I found that clip and got that lever off easy enough...now I have to figure out how the rest of it comes apart, it's tight in there.

I didn't even see those. Well, that does help some...I was having some real difficulty getting at the switch connectors when I was looking at it yesterday, going to go mess with it some more here in a bit.

I got it yesterday...not as bad as I thought. New cushion is on and seat is back in the car.
