I want 2- 90mm and 2- 76mm with the perforations in all of them and anodized Black if can be done? I am looking at getting my KB pulley drilled and anodized black and want them all to match. Does the anodize have to be done before the bearing is installed? I am wondering about sending you back my tensioner and getting it done also.

For the 2 pulleys in 76mm and the 2 pulleys in 90mm it is $232.00 + shipping.
Your tensioner which has already been assembled cannot be anodized due to the hardened sleave which cannot be removed.

If you absolutely want your tensioner black anodized you are better off purchasing an anodized one with an anodized 90mm pulley for $405.00 and only ordering 2 76mm and 1 90mm idlers.

You can then sell your existing tensioner to recover a good part of its cost.
