Does anyone have a diagram that explains how the various actuators and doors work in union?
I had the notorious clicking actuators... determined that it was the one that controlled the air flow from dash to feet. So I replaced it - no more clicking. Small victory, but the issue I am currently facing is that the driver side A/C is blowing cool-to-ambient air - not COLD! I can get it to blow hot air, but it never gets cold. The passenger side is ice cold - but with the two open or set to 60F - I cannot get the cabin to cool down enough. I live in South Florida - this will be a major issue in about 2-3 weeks.
I know it's not the actuator on the driver side as I replaced that as well. I also pulled that motor off and used a screwdriver to move the door, but still can't get it to blow full cold.
Thank you in advanced.
