I fill it up , no leaks since I started doing it this way . Oil can seap around the crankshaft also .

ake it that is what the rtv on the bck of the washer is there to help prevent it leaking around the cranshaft?
Yes , along with the key way and the bolt as well . If yours didn't leak before the Procharger then I really think this will be where you problem is . They had to remove the crank bolt to install the lower pulley.

Looks like I gotta re-RTV mine as well. Isn't there a spring or something behind the balancer that pops out easily?

iTs a brand new engine with 150o miles on it justgot done being built, i know they were pressed with time and the only thing i can think of is someone forgetting to rtv the keyway and such when putting the motor together.

Not unless you are referring to the part in the seal maybe . It has never been an issue for me . Just remove the bolt and washer , use a generous amount of sealant then reinstall . I would have to check , but I think the tq spec was 85 ft lb .

Another place to look is the two areas where the head gaskets meet the front cover and where the front cover gasket meets the valve cover gaskets . These areas use the sealant as well .

yea i checked thoose areas when i noticed the problem its bone dry up top but on the bottom of the motor its soaked. it was soaked on the front cover from ound the crank area and below. my theory is its the keyway and it runs down the front cover and sits and builds up on the perimeter of the oil pan/windage tray then when driving it gets thrown around everywhere under the car.

at first i though it was the oil pan gaskets due to how much damn oil was on it and dripping off of the oil pan bolts and pan but the shop ruled that one out the only places i can think of where it would be coming from is the balancer/crank or the actual front cover itself.

It could be the seal, which is a very easy fix. If that is the problem, they should rtv the keyway anyway when they put the balancer back on. You need enough to fill the keyway up at least.

Shouldn't have taken a week to figure this out though.

The shop found the prob its the WRONG DAMN TIMING CHAIN COVER basically its a whole in the cover and it keeps pumping oil out of it ford changed the covers one was from the start of the 05 body till dec 06 and another is fromdec 06 till present my car is a 07 so i am assuming the block they used for the buil;d was from a 05-06 production run.
