im thinking about getting the 02 sensor removal tool from AAP and if i can get em out then just sorta tape them out of the way, swap out the pipes and then reinsert 02 sensors.
is it safe to put pb blaster on an o2 sensor?

Why do you want to remove the O2 sensor first? I'm a bit confused- why not remove the H-pipe to manifold nuts, lower the manifold, and then disconnect the O2 sensor harness? It will be easier than what you're trying to do, and you won't have to spend extra money.

at the aap by my home you can essentially rent the o2 sensor remover. give em 30 bucks and get it back to them within 30 days if its not broken you get your money back. and i'm also thinking if im struggling so hard to get to the clip to unclip it, putting it back in will also be a bitch

Putting it back in was a breeze for me, as I had a ton of new space from deleting the cats. Are the high flow cats on your pipe smaller size wise then the stock ones?
