I will be installing a non i/c V-3 tomorrow. I got a large 5 gallon pan for the coolant, oil for the new injectors, and the tool to remove the fuel lines. Anything I might be missing? Any pearls of wisdom? Thanks as always.

Make sure you relocate the IAT sensor to after the blower..But Im not sure if Vortech still keeps it inthe same place on the V-3 as they did onthe V2..

Most importantly, have fun man. I know I'll have a BLAST when I do my Kenne Bell here in a month or so.

Take and post some pics of the progress.

Well I am almost done, I just have to wait for a ride so I can get some tubing for vaccum lines and T conectors, then install spark plugs, KB BAP, and then the tune. Question is I bought the kit used and on the MAF extension can I just use wires to lengthen it? That is what it looks like on the Brenspeed website. Thanks

Well the install was going good until I tried putting in the last 2 bolts to the blower bracket and the bottom one kept on turning, so I took it off the entire bracket and found that the stud ended up breaking off into the block. Yay!! After so close to being finished. :damnit:. So now I pose the question, How do I get the rest of the bolt out of the block and how can I get a new stud? The car is at a friend's house because he had a garage and I hate to take up his space. Thanks

Problem #1 The PS relocation was pushed against the ECU so I just moved the PS so the two can live happy.

Pull the fan and radiator so u can get room. First I would see if there is any part of it sticking out if so use a really good pair of pliars to unscrew it, next take a flat head screw driver and tap it with a hammer till you can get a bite on it sometimes will work. If not try a drill with a left handed drill bit. Worst case drill the damn thing out and helacoil it. Becareful cause if you boo boo up its time for a new timing cover
