Is it the PATS

Hooked the battery up today (been about 8mths prob) and the headlights, dash lights, and overhead lights start blinking (seems to be a pattern to blinks, very dim) no key in ignition and there’s a beeping pattern. There’s a red indicator light blinking on gauge cluster also….car with pad lock going thru it…? I’m trying to hook BDX up and get Lito my startup tune info but am scared now lol. I have to disconnect the battery to get lights and beeping to stop. First thing that came to mind was the PATS but I don’t really understand all that. Pics show condition of car, no factory switches hooked up. Thought about taking all the factory switches (windows, yield, headlights, etc) and hooking them back up

Any suggestions on what I should do? Think I can hook the BDX up to it and see what it displays? I tried a YouTube vid……disconnect batt, key in run mode 5mins, hook up batt, remove key, hit door lock button, but nothing happened. Door lock didn’t work.
