J&M Adjustable Control Arm help..

Can't find any install instructions on these and have never installed any. Does this look correct? Does the longer bushing go on the inside or outside of the arm?

Longer goes towards the inside of the car, yes.

I can't remember, but if you look at your factory arms it will make sense. The offset is attempting to make them parallel.
