Bye-bye M90. Enjoyed you on my stock 4.6. But now it's time to give this big 326 stroker what she deserves.
Winter project is officially underway. Don't really have a timeline. But the 2.8L liquid cooled Mammoth and other mods I hope to keep me busy through the cold winter until I drive it again in mid March. The throttle body is a beast compared to stock lol.

Thanks Scott. Because of work and family I can only set aside so much time per week to get er done which isn't as much as I'd like. I won't drive it until warmer March weather anyway, so winter is the perfect time for a project like this at least for me and my schedule. So far I have the Afco twin fan dual pass and pump installed as well as the body modifications, PCM and fuse box relocation mods done that the Mammoth kit requires. I'm taking some pics along the way. With all the OEM pulleys removed I will probably install the 8 rib kit this weekend and maybe the intake.
No doubt! Thanks! I'm sure it will be a handful compared to the M90 I had on it.

Got the Afco twin fan mounted. Also made a custom bracket here at the shop so I could mount my intercooler pump on the Afco like the GT500s are set up. Since the GT and GT500 grilles/fascias are different, a little trimming to the back of the grill was necessary and it fits perfect.

Your welcome and I hear you on the build time! Between my honey do-list for the house and cottage, our first grandchild and another on the way, there is not much time left to wrench. I thought I was going to be golden when the bank I worked (35 years) for offered my early retirement with two years severance and full pension. But as luck would have it arthritis kicked in with a vengeance that coupled with the freezing weather in my unheated garage this time of year slows progress to a crawl. I have hip replacement surgery next month so when I am able my mods include a Dual Fan AFCO and a Fore return style fuel system. Would love to see any pics you have of the AFCO install as well as the fuel system.

Got some work done yesterday. Intake, ID1000 injectors and Fore rails. I have a little custom work to do on the driver rail because of the tight fit back by the bypass valve. Almost done with that. Since the tuners I've talked to want the regulator after the rails I'm having the rear side of the driver rail drilled and a -8An male fitting welded on. Unfortunately you cannot have a fitting at the end of the driver rail because of the bypass valve. It will exit the side of the rail between # 7 and 8 injector. Also I'm waiting on a special socket to remove the alternator clutch hub from the alternator and that will just about complete the install of the 8 rib pulley kit.

Looks really freaking nice, Tim. I never could seem to get too concerned over making everything under my hood shiny and pretty but your power plant looks amazing.

There is a "tab" off of the drivers strut tower on my 07 that is perfect for mounting the regulator. I made a bracket to mount my Aeromotive regulator.

Thanks, that location should work for me as well. I also have a Aeromotive A1000 EFI Bypass Regulator.
