Larger fuel pump

Im needing to order a larger pump for my supercharged setup. tuner recommended a 400lph i had ordered a Walbro TU282HP-2 late last night but just read that it is tuned down.. is the dw400 a good solution?

I’m running two DW300 pumps in a GT 500 mount. They are advertised at 340 lph each and I have had no problems feeding my Supercharged setup.

does the hat need to be modified to fit the dw400 or just pops in? (other than the wires)

I have the Walbro 400lph in my 05 with Edelbrock SC, 11 pounds of boost and E85. Never had a problem with fuel delivery in the past 7 years. It does have a BAP.

thats the one I first ordered, but then read it wasnt a true 400lph

you did the complete hat or installed just the pump in your stock hat? how do you like the SC? thats the one I got but still tuning

I first replaced pump, then had some problems. The Walbro is not same size as stock so a little fabrication to make work. Replaced with complete hat and unit. Also, if you ever replace the passenger side fuel level sensor. This must be replaced with a Motorcraft unit or fuel level gauge will not be accurate.
I love the E-Force. Instant torque on demand. I had Lito change the shift points slightly on the 5r55s so it doesn’t do a 3rd to 1st downshift on track day. That just spins tires.
