Started her up finally this afternoon, but turns out I've got a major coolant leak coming from the backside of the intake manifold. Sadly I've got class after work tomorrow so it's gonna have to wait til Friday.

Found the leak coming from the t-stat above the crossover. Is there suppose to be a gasket? I can hear a hiss of air coming between the t-stat and the crossover itself.

Will RTV sealant do the job?

Lol I had coolant leaking issues with the V3 too, it's a curse apparently.

There should be a rubber O ring wedged in around the top of the thermostat, at least there is on mine.

There's my problem right there! Where the hell did that thing go!? Lol, I haven't messed with this thing in years.

Now I gotta try and find this locally. Anyone happen to know the size of the o-ring? mm's?

John, I don't know the size, but this COULD be the part number: F1VY-8255-A or Motorcraft RG-571. I would verify to be sure.

You're a saint Scott!! Thank you very much. I'm going to hit up the local Dealership tomorrow and see what I can find. It's a German holiday today so everything is closed...
