Have you tried calling JPC? They're located near Glen Burnie and should (presumably) have experience with getting cars to pass emissions.

There is another shop near me that I deal with(nothing against JPC). If I can't fix it on my own I'll be heading down there.

Keep us posted, please. I really wanted to go the full N/A route: Ford Racing Manifold, headers, and full exhaust, but I'm very worried about Maryland inspections.

Just got my 2011 5.0 inspected yesterday. I have the Bama email tune
with Air raid CAI. Exhaust is Flowmaster catback ( 60 series ). I left the
93 race tune with rear o2's turned off for o/r H pipe that I don't have on
yet. Wanted to see if car would pass inspection. The car passed, got my sticker and now time for that o/r pipe.

Unfortunately MD will not pass if you have any emission sensor turned off. Your only 2 choices are non foulers or have a tuner manipulate the rear O2 signal.

You're also not in Maryland, which has one of the most stringent emissions tests in the country.

Legit shop?

With your rear 02's turned off, they should have failed you due to NOT READY status.

I don't know about how Texas works, but up here in Communist Land, they do a full OBD-II check through the diagnostic port. And having no rear O2s would definitely be something they would see and fail you for.

They fail you for that here too lol.

My 07 GT that was cammed, boosted and tuned with LT's passed without tune revisions along with my 2000 Lightning with full offroad exhaust (shorties not LT's here), and my 03 Terminator with Bassani offroad mid, mac LT's, and Bassani AB's passed as well. All without tune revisions. It pays to generate strong friendships (professional and personal) with a local shop...

Of course it also depends on the county you live in here in Texas too. I know McLennan is less strict than lets say Harris or Travis counties.
