If you're replacing the k-member, Id recommend using one of the engine supports that supports the engine from above. I bet it would be pretty frustrating (not to mention dangerous) to try and work around a set of jackstands or a floor jack holding your engine up.

Yeah a support from above would be nice.
Is there one available for our cars w/ a Whipple blower on it????
I no longer have a strut tower brace.
