Greg, I believe this is a simple isolated incident.

I agree and I stated there are lot's of people that have had a good experience with JDM...I can't recommend someone else buying cams from them based on my experience..if anyone chooses to do business with JDM I wish them luck and hope they have a good experience.

No one stocks parts anymore, that is what the internet got us. Cheap prices but uncertain availability. It's a catch 22.

I get that; other vendors will not charge the CC until the part ships which I think is a good idea...again, I can't dictate what every business does.



Yes sir, and his supplier was unable to deliver. It happens.. I think SD and I were commenting on the fact that this had already been in the JDM area of the forum and now discontent was being spread elsewhere. These are good people. The day I cannot call JDM for anything, will be the day I start playing golf.

I agree; I did not want to spread discontent on the forum which is why I wanted to take to a PM if the poster wanted to know more info but I was told that was the cowardly thing to do so you tell me what was I to do?

My comment concerned the lack of explanation given to substantiate the "don't buy Hot Rod cams from JDM" statement. Perhaps it is just me but I feel that if someone is going to suggest not buying from a business openly on the board then they should give an explanation as to why. Otherwise....keep the whole thing to PM's.

Blow by racing cams arent to bad for the price I have the stage 1's and they didn't require anything but a custom tune, which if you have an SCT tuner im sure bbr will gladly email you a custom tune. I would talk to john at bbr hes on this site. They are also another good place to deal with. I have never dealt with JDM but from what Ive read and heard they are also as professional as you can get and as good as you can get at customer service as well. SO either place would be good. I just like my bbr cams and you should be able to do the install easily yourself, cause they are almost a drop in procedure

well im waiting on auction on a hood right no off ebay.if i loose the auction ill take advantage of the american muscle coupon and get the hotrods coming...if i win the hood ill just plan to get some cams another time when i get the mod money fund back up
