Looking for reverse indicator wire

im fixing to install a radio in my 2006 Roush. In order to use the reverse camera I’m going to install I need to find the wire that will let the radio know it’s in reverse. The instructions say to tap into the reverse lamp harness...? I’m hoping there’s a wire that comes off the ECU that’ll work..?

Tips? Suggestions? Thanks!!

Awesome...thanks man!! If I’m reading the schematic correctly and the radio instructions say to tap into the reverse lamp harness...I should be able to come off pin 13 or 26 on the SJB and get the signal I need to the radio

Well crap...I don’t have any wires coming out of pins 13 or 26. The SJB is the one located on the passenger floor board area..correct?

I tapped in the loom that runs under the passenger side door sill plate, forgot the color combination but its in the schematic. Then ran the wire back up into the radio head unit

I just installed a b/u camera/radio. That 12v input is not just to tell the radio you are in reverse. The reverse lights also power the camera, so might as well hook it up as per instructions.

If you hook it up like you want to, the voltage drop to the camera may affect picture quality.
