Thanks for all the comments!

Nice choice on the wheels, one of my favorites. I would have gone with NT05s though.

NT555 was all American Muscle had available, and I got a good deal on them. I'm going to put better tires on after these wear out. Still, the '555s are a huge improvement over the stock all-season radials.

Do you know the offset numbers? they look really good on your ride.

I was thinking about going the same route, with the 8in diameter.

oh and if you don't mind, what was the price of the combo tire and rim?

Wheels are 18x8" on all 4 corners. I chose the slightly 8" narrower rim over the wider ones so I could utilize cheaper tires and reduce unsprung mass as much as possible. I forget the offsets; they're the only 18" Nurburgrings on AM's website, though.

Tires are Nitto NT555 in 255/45ZR18. Unbelievably sticky rubber. This car corners like a freaking go cart on the Autocross grid now.

I ordered the shoes from American Muscle on Wednesday afternoon, and they had thme mounted, balanced, and on my doorstep on Friday! They sent me the wrong lug nuts, though; the Nurburgrings require narrow "tuner" lug nuts.

Sent from my DROID2 Global using tapa-whatzit-thing

Nice! I have the same wheels, but 9.5 inch wide on all 4 corners.

You mind me asking what lugs you got (maybe a link to them)? I used the oem ones with a craftsman socket. its a tight fit and you need to be careful to keep the socket straight so it doesn't rub too much.

I got some "tuner" lugs from Autostoned. They work OK, but I really need to find a nice set of black "tuner" lugs.

I got the black gorilla lugs from discount tire direct when I purchased my TSW's. They are 1/2", and the part number is: 21183BCD.

I like. Do you have a link? Discount Tire Direct's website is more worthless than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest.

Don't have a link for the discount tire direct site. But I found them at CJ Pony Parts for $36.05 and free shipping. Gorilla part no. is: 21183BC and CJ Pony Parts part no is: WHLLN8.
